I participated in the Mindful Coaching Step-by-Step online course offered by Dreams Possible (DP), an organization dedicated to personal growth and self-coaching tools. This course helped me learn practical ways to handle everyday challenges, allowing me to approach situations with greater awareness and flexibility.

One tool, in particular, stood out: DP’s 3A method, based on Acknowledge, Act, and Appreciate. Originally published in Chinese as a physical card set, it inspired me to explore how this reflective experience could be translated into a simple and accessible digital form.

Building on this foundation, I translated the content into English, aiming to stay true to the ideas and spirit of the method. I informed DP about an early prototype and shared it with participants. Feedback encouraged me to further refine the digital version. While the methodology and original content belong to DP, the digital design, interaction, and technical implementation reflect my own independent work.

Personally, the 3A method has helped me better recognize, name, and manage my emotions, allowing me to make more thoughtful decisions. It has encouraged me to appreciate the positive aspects of my life and to approach challenges with a clearer perspective. Instead of feeling stuck, I now see more opportunities for growth. The principles of Acknowledge, Act, and Appreciate align closely with how I reflect on and work towards my personal development in both daily and challenging moments.

I chose to make this online tool available because it has been valuable in my own journey. Whether dealing with stress or focusing on self-improvement, it offers a simple way to pause, reflect, move forward, and navigate challenges.

I am grateful to have contributed to this meaningful project and hope it continues to support others in their growth journey.
Warm regards,
Thomas Cheung
